From Reactive to Regulated

A four-week live challenge to interrupt old patterns, build self-trust, and begin rewriting your story.

Tired of feeling caught in the same old story?

You’ve done a lot of work on yourself. So why is it still so hard to move through your life the way you want to?

You’ve journaled, listened to the podcasts, had conversations that helped you understand yourself. You can recognize your patterns and where some of them began.

And still, someone asks for something and you hear yourself saying yes, even though you’re already stretched thin. You finally share what you need, then spend the evening wondering if you were too much. Your child is having a hard morning, and the patience you wanted to bring just isn’t there.

Later, when you have a little space, you know what you wish you’d done. You might even find yourself thinking, I know better. Why do I keep doing this?

I want you to have something gentler and more useful to reach for in those moments.

When you’re overwhelmed, hurt, or worried about disappointing someone, familiar responses can happen quickly. Practicing a different response means getting to know what happens inside you, noticing it sooner, and finding enough steadiness to consider what you actually want to do next.

Start rewriting your story

well, here's where everything can change.

Bring a pattern you’re ready to change. Over four weeks, you’ll practice how to:

  • Pause before you say yes, so you can hear what you actually want.

  • Make space for rest, even with a full schedule and people counting on you.

  • Notice when you’re reaching your limit and respond before you’re completely depleted.

  • Build your capacity to stay present when things feel hard, giving yourself more room to choose how you respond.

  • Say what you need, without explaining yourself away.

  • Find a fresh perspective, using metaphors to see a familiar story in a new way.

  • Trust yourself with your next step, even when you don’t know exactly how it will unfold.

Through simple somatic practices, guided reflection, and live support, you’ll make space to hear yourself again, so you can say what you mean, trust your choices, and have something left for yourself at the end of the day.

You’re allowed to need support, too.

Especially when you’re so used to being the one everyone counts on.

It can be hard to practice something new in the middle of a full life. To hold a boundary when you feel guilty. To rest when there’s still more to do. To hear yourself when everyone needs something.

From Reactive to Regulated gives you time each week to come back to what matters to you, with guidance and company as you practice.

A place to ask questions, talk through the moment that caught you off guard, and notice the choices you’re beginning to make differently.

✨ You get to be considered in the life you’re creating.

What it can feel like to trust yourself again

I feel like myself again—a version of me I hadn’t felt in a long time. There’s this sense of inner knowing, a confidence and clarity that touches every part of my life. I feel more aligned, more connected, and more at ease in my relationships—and in myself.”

You deserve to feel this way too.

Reactive to Regulated
4-week live challenge

Choose one pattern you want to work with: the automatic yes, the spiral of second-guessing, the reaction that leaves you wishing you’d handled things differently.

Each week, we’ll explore it through teaching, guided somatic practice, and reflection. You’ll have something specific to try in your everyday life, with space to bring your questions and experiences back to the group.

Week 1: Recognize Your Patterns

Catch the moment before you lose yourself in it.

Maybe you agree before checking your calendar. Start explaining before anyone has questioned you. Keep pushing until the smallest thing feels like too much.

We’ll get curious about what happens before those familiar reactions: the situations that set them off, the thoughts that arrive, and the signals in your body.

You’ll choose a pattern to work with and begin noticing where you have room to respond differently.

Week 2: The Power of a Pause

Give yourself time to hear what you need.

A pause might sound like, “Let me think about that.” It might mean feeling your feet on the floor before answering, or taking a few minutes to yourself when you notice you’re reaching your limit.

We’ll explore simple practices using breath, movement, and attention, so you can discover what helps you feel steadier.

You’ll practice making room for yourself, including rest, in the middle of a full life.

Week 3: Shift the Story

What else could be true?

Someone is disappointed, and you assume you’ve done something wrong. You need help, but tell yourself you should be able to manage. Something feels unfamiliar, and you take that as a reason to stop.

We’ll explore the stories underneath your reactions and use reflection and metaphor to find a fresh perspective.

You’ll practice recognizing an old assumption and considering a response that makes room for who you are now.

Week 4: Practice Self-Trust

Bring it into the conversation, boundary, or decision that matters.

By now, you’ll have practices to return to and a clearer understanding of the pattern you’re working with.

We’ll bring them together around a next step in your life. You might ask for what you need, hold a boundary, or follow through on a decision you’ve been circling.

You’ll also create a plan for continuing, including how to return to yourself when you get caught in an old reaction.

Self-trust grows as you give yourself these experiences: listening, choosing, and finding your way forward.

A weekly rhythm

to help the work become part of your life

Thursday: Learn and practice together
We meet Thursdays for a 60-minute live session (4pm Pacific / 6pm Central) combining teaching, guided reflection, and group coaching. Bring your questions and the moments you’re finding hard. Each week, you’ll leave with something specific to practice.

Through the weekend: Try it in your life
Notice what comes up in a conversation, a decision, or a moment when you’d usually say yes. Give yourself time to explore a different response and see what you learn.

Monday: A guided practice to anchor you
You’ll receive a 15-minute guided meditation or breathwork practice to support the week’s lesson. Use it when you have a little space for yourself, and return to it throughout the week.

Between sessions: Stay connected
Our private WhatsApp group gives you a place to ask questions, share what you’re noticing, and receive support as you practice.

A little time set aside for yourself each week, with support for bringing it into the rest of your life

Small practices. Changes you can feel in your life.

A few words from women who’ve joined my past programs:

“I was constantly go-go-going, never able to catch my breath. Now I start my days grounded and calm, not reactive or overwhelmed. These simple practices have changed everything for me (and my family can feel it too).” — Jennifer Miller

“For the first time, I slowed down enough to hear my intuition. I can actually listen to what I need and make decisions from that place. It’s such a small investment for such a huge shift.” —Keelia B.

What would you like to do differently when life gets full?

Bring that intention into four weeks of practice and support.

We begin November 5, 2026.
